Prior to joining IMAS Steve worked for Close Brothers Corporate Finance, Hill Samuel and Lloyds Bank over a span of almost 20 years. He has extensive experience in public and private company disposals, acquisitions and restructurings as well as corporate banking. Steve has a degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and professional banking qualifications.
